Falling temperatures, less food, severe storms and hungry predators all make winter a harsh season for birds, but our feathered friends have many tricks to survive even the worst winter.
We fully understand how nutritional needs and taste preferences can change over time. That is why we have a simple return policy in place. All returns and exchanges must be completed within 30 days of the purchase. Food products must be in its original packaging, at least half way full, or if it is canned food, then it must be unopened with a receipt. All treats will be a final sale.
For all other merchandise, the items must be in its original packaging, tags still attached, and with a receipt. If the products that you have purchased are not compliant with our policy, we highly recommend reaching out to the product manufacturer or donating the item(s) to a local rescue or shelter.
